| Chief complaint | The patient came with the concerns “the front teeth stick out when seen from the side (protruding teeth)” and “dimple-like wrinkles form on my chin when I close my mouth.” They wanted to move the front teeth back and improve the profile line without wires. |
| Invisalign, a clear aligner system, was used. Space was created by moving the back teeth backward (distalization), and the protruding front teeth were retracted (moved back) as a whole. By setting the angle and position of the front teeth appropriately, we made the profile silhouette look beautiful as well as the front view. |
